You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

Applications can easily be submitted electronically through our website.
How do I pay rent?

Rent payments can be made electronically through your tenant portal.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

Please contact our office. We will need to verify the remaining resident is able to handle the residual financial obligations.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

You will need to provide notice via your tenant portal at least 20-days prior to your desired move-out.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

It depends. Generally, we handle all repairs. In instances where a tenant negligently or intentionally damages a property, they may be charged back for the repairs.
