About Us

A Seattle native, Jack grew up in a real estate family and has been actively involved in real estate development and management most of his life.  He thinks like an owner and believes investors are best served if they are provided high-quality financial reports and properties are managed with a long-term approach.

Before Prospector, Jack worked with the real estate tax practice group at Peterson Sullivan, LLP (Now BDO), a large Seattle public accounting firm.  While working as a CPA and dealing daily with local property management companies, Jack concluded the industry needed a higher standard of financial reporting and leadership and decided to get involved.  He is a graduate of the University of Washington and Southwestern Law School.

Cadi Gabel is the key to the day-to-day operations of Prospector Management.  She ensures that the management plan is implemented for each property and that residents receive high-quality service.  Lease renewals, move-ins/outs, etc.  You name it, and Cadi makes sure it is completed correctly.  Cadi joined Prospector Management after spending the first part of her career overseeing HR and Administrative Services for a local medical start-up.  Cadi is a graduate of Washington State University.
